Volunteers play a major role in the
service we provide. Our aim is to ensure
that we have enthusiastic, capable volunteers in
all areas of the organisation. We are in constant
need of volunteers to assist in all aspects of our
services:
- Assisting in shops
- sorting, pricing and displaying donated goods;
basic till work & customer service
- Fundraising -
Helping out at events and collection days
- Assisting in Day Care -
Supporting the Nursing service,
reception duties, kitchen duties and
socialising with patients.
- Driving -
Driving patients to the Day Hospice,
clinics & other appointments
- Cottage Industry - Making
crafts for the charity to sell at events
